RSVP is required. \nRSVP registration is not yet open. \nPhilharmonia Baroque’s Artist Salons are pre-concert talks led by performers\, scholars\, and guest artists. Offered a few weeks before each concert set\, they provide historical and cultural context in an engaging setting\, designed to deepen your connection to the music. \nIn this Artist Salon\, Conductor Patrick Dupré Quigley is joined by soprano  Kathryn Mueller for a discussion exploring the festive brilliance\, wit\, and drama of Baroque Brilliance. With musical excerpts from Handel\, J.S. Bach\, Telemann\, C.P.E. Bach\, and Marianna Martines\, they’ll highlight the virtuosic pieces for soprano and trumpet\, Telemann’s musical portrait of Don Quixote\, and the West Coast Premiere of Martines’ piece.
