Longtime friend and board member Marie Collins says,
There’s nothing like hearing the orchestra perform in other places. You’ll experience incredible music and make new friends. I hosted a post-concert reception in New York last August and I met people I am still in touch with today.”

UPCOMING DATES
La Gloria di Primavera goes to Tanglewood!
August 25
Ozawa Hall, Tanglewood Music Festival
Hear Scarlatti’s operatic masterpiece, La gloria di primavera, at the popular Tanglewood Music Festival this summer. Nic McGegan and the Orchestra reprise the U.S. premiere performance with the original cast of guest artists in Lenox Massachussetts in August. The historically-informed performance of this lavish and complex serenata by Italy’s premier 18th century opera composer Alessandro Scarlatti received rave reviews in the New York Times and the Orange County Register. Written to celebrate the birth of a Habsburg prince in 1716, the piece was performed only a few times to adoring audiences of the time but regrettably forgotten. Until now.
