Baroque On Stage

From lively overtures and tender airs to music for dancing that once drew audiences to 18th-century theatres, this program spans the Baroque stage and concert hall. Led by violinist Rachell Ellen Wong, music by Purcell and a suite by Rameau stand alongside works by Vivaldi, Geminiani, and C.P.E. Bach in a program highlighting Baroque rhythm, drama, and virtuosity.
